I absolutely love David's Tea and their products, but unfortunately, over the years, ever since Covid, their customer service department has taken a decline. I used to be able to get in touch with their customer service, and while it was difficult, I was still able to reach them.
My credit card was stolen, and I accidentally placed an order on that card, so I reordered that same order on my current card and requested a refund immediately after submitting these orders (I sent them two emails after these orders were placed).
They charged me for both orders and sent me two of the same order. I have been unable to reach them to get a refund ever since.

Preferred solution: Make a return for a full refund. I submitted an order to a working card after submitting an order to a non-working card and I was charged for both orders versus the order just not going processing when it was placed to a canceled card

Placed order on Nov. 25, took my money immediately and created a shipping label with FedEx.
Still waiting for a tracking number almost a month later. Contacted their customer service email 3 times with no response, started an online chat 3 times with no response.
I see people on Facebook with the same issue.
They are blaming canada post strike but every other company delivers through FedEx within a few days.
I receive daily advertising from David's Tea, total rip off. I used to love their tea, don't know if they are going bankrupt.
Pissed customer directed me to a phone number which is not in service.

On November 19, I made a purchase online and I never get a confirmation number or a tracking number or any email back to confirm my purchase. I sent them many emails regarding that but nobody even acknowledging me or send me any email back. I already contacted my bank for a fraud

I’m extremely disappointed!
I have placed the order # 205**** on December 6. I have not received my order and more importantly nobody was follow up.
Money was taking - no order.
I realized that Post office was on strike. But someone shouldve followed up.
In addition there is no customer service phone number. The number on Google were invalid.
Product has not arrived. Ordered November 12.
I still have not received my product and its getting very annoying. Yes I understand theres a postal strike but other products that I have ordered from other companies have sent it through FedEx.
Why have you not done the same. If this continues on for another week I want a refund.
